Did you know:

MPREC provide a proven recruitment process tailored to your specific workforce needs:

  • MPREC can undertake all or part of the recruitment process for your permanent staff, freeing up valuable time and resources within your organisation.  By using MPREC recruitment expertise you can save the time and trouble and focus on what you do best - running your business.
MPREC offers a proven and successful mentoring program offering both structure and flexibility:
  • Structure is important to support individuals to achieve productive learning that supports the achievement of defined goals.  Similarly, flexibility is essential to support varying individual mentoring needs across specific learning goals, preferences and learning styles.

MPREC is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO 91444) that specialises in supporting individuals who are disadvantaged and have significant barriers to address to enable them to successfully engage in education and employment.  In addition to this MPREC has been developing and negotiating training that meets the needs of industry, community and individuals since 2008.

MPREC operates a number of Social Enterprises that are successful and sustainable businesses that also just happen to deliver outstanding and equitable opportunities for on-the-job training.  Each Social Enterprise in the region is unique, and our portfolio of businesses is expanding rapidly.  Each provides life skills, employment and training for community members, as well as goods and services that the wider community can enjoy: whether that be a good coffee, a nice place to meet and relax or a great meal...the possibilities are endless.

Breakfast will be provided from our Social Enterprise in Dubbo Blueridge Cafe.
