HAPPY NEW YEAR!

The Dubbo Chamber of Commerce and Industry wishes all its members and sponsors a prosperous New Year!

The 2012 Board are really excited about the year ahead and some of the new initiatives that we plan to bring you, starting with our first business breakfast of the year, which will be held at the Monkey Bar on Wednesday 1 February 2012. Our guest speaker is Ian Shepherd, from NSW Workcover, who will be speaking about the new Workplace Health & Safety Harmonisation Laws and what it means to business. Ian will also talk about the 10,5, 5 Program being implemented by Workcover across the region.

This year, the Chamber is also offering the opportunity for businesses to sponsor the networking breakfast – the breakfast sponsorship is $297.00 including GST. Businesses and organisations that sponsor the breakfast receive the following benefits:

  • the opportunity for a 5 minute presentation to breakfast guests;
  • signage at the breakfast;
  • 1 ticket to the breakfast;
  • brand exposure on the breakfast invitation;
  • 1 paragraph advertising in the Chamber newsletter for 4 weeks (two weeks before and two weeks after); and
  • will be featured on the Chamber website for the following month.

If you are interested in sponsoring a breakfast over the next twelve months, contact us today.

2012 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The year ahead will see many opportunities for business and organisations to get involved in the Chamber as a sponsor. Beside the breakfast sponsorship, other opportunities include:

  • Chamber Golf Day: 27 April 2011. Sponsor a hole ($200.00 + GST); Provide a prize (longest drive, closest to the pin, best dressed team)
  • Networking after hours in March, August and December $297.00 (similar benefits to the breakfast will be made available)

Each of these sponsorship opportunities will provide great benefits to the sponsoring organisation. To find out more, please contact the Chamber office.
