REAL RESILIENCE

Accompanied by two speakers, one Dubbo local Psychologist, Tanya Forester, and Sawtell’s local Psychologist, Jill Hely, this event will:

  • Offer a unique perspective from Fliss' psychologist, delving into the professional viewpoint on Fliss' journey and highlighting key strategies for resilience and mental well-being.
  • Explore ways you can support loved ones facing mental health issues.
  • Gain practical tips and tools to create a supportive environment and foster resilience in your community.

We will devour delicious food by the team at Down the Lane, listen to the sweet tunes of Sam Coon and remember the special community night by TJ Touchwood Creatives – all while raising both awareness on mental health and money for the Black Dog Institute to expand awareness and support amongst other communities.
