Panelist discussion - focusing on the growth of the LGA, utilising local & expanding beyond the LGA to grow their businesses.

Expert Blitz – a speed dating styled session, 5 minutes at each table. Work your way around the room, hearing from a diverse range of experts on ideas, hot tips and services that could benefit your business.

Networking - ending the day with an opportunity to connect with Panelists, Experts & one another.

Understanding that for small business, no category is isolated for a business owner. This event embraces a holistic approach that connects participants to ideas, tools and experts; offering focus as both an individual & their business/team.

Recognising that small business owners often wear multiple hats, our event takes a comprehensive approach, aiming to connect participants with a wide array of ideas, tools, and experts, providing focus for both individuals and their businesses or teams.

Over the past 18 months, the challenges faced by business owners have become increasingly apparent. A nationwide shortage of skilled workers, ongoing cost escalations, and inflation have forced many business owners to work longer hours than ever before. This has left them with limited time to focus on improving their businesses or staying informed about available support.

This event seeks to build upon the knowledge business owners may already possess but may lack the time to fully explore. It also strives to introduce them to new ideas and services that can benefit them in the present and future. This includes understanding their brand, refining business goals, optimising team dynamics, and utilising valuable resources. We extend a warm invitation to all businesses within the Dubbo Region Local Government Area (LGA), whether you're a solo startup or part of a larger expanding enterprise.
