The Exchange

The Exchange, in partnership with North Constructions, would like to invite YOU! to our new program 'WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION'. This will be a two-session program, with the first session on Wednesday the 26th of June, the second on Wednesday the 24th of July. The main events will be held in Dubbo and will be live-streamed from Mudgee. We would like to thank North Constructions for supporting Women in Construction in our region and for allowing us to highlight the potential of these scaling businesses. 

We are responding to an influx of stories of wives designing logos, cousins writing SWMS, and in-laws running payroll. Not only are these women 'working on the business' but they are working in the business.

The success of your company lies in the scalability and professional operation of sub-contractors on every job site. Read: we need to help scale the trades, and to do this, we need to back the women working on and behind the scenes. Topics for this program include but are not limited to:
