Caroline Wilcher:
Wife and mother of 4 kids (age 11-18), Partner in Australia’s largest regional accounting firm Boyce CA, CFO for 123Tix, not necessarily in that order! I am passionate about sustainability, striving for excellence and our short term accommodation properties. I love helping people succeed and feel incredibly privileged to be part of the success of many businesses locally and further afield.
Joh Leader:
Founder of LeaderLife, Joh oozes the kind of warmth, sincerity and compassion that is rarely seen in the business world.
Yet it is exactly these qualities, matched with her cheeky sense of humour and sheer determination that has seen her kick both personal and professional goals. Joh started her career as a paediatric speech pathologist before taking her passion for kids into the community services field. It was here that she realised her passion was to help grow communities and be part of a great village that ultimately helps kids live their best life.
After identifying greater opportunities in the not for profit sector, and having a desire to fill what she saw as a massive gap in Dubbo’s social fabric, LeaderLife was born. The goal? To fill the gap with sincere, meaningful holistic long-term support for kids who have been caught in the crossfire of some of the most complex social issues anyone could face.
Joh and her team compassionately look beyond the damage and see the kids for who they are; smart, resilient young people who just need someone to help them grow.
Over her years of learning, Joh stumbled across the importance of balance, always looking at the big picture and getting the little things right. She brings this philosophy of being holistic and keeping it simple to LeaderLife, her beef farming enterprise with her husband and raising her two wild bush boys; all with the serenity, humility and humour so often unique to rural women.
Louise Mathieson:
Founding Director, Louise Mathieson, started her Virtual Assistance business in April 2019 as Performance PA. Not from a business background, Louise found herself in receipt of exceptional growth of $60,000K within the first 6 months, and her accountants telling her she needed to register for GST! Rather than turn business away, Louise looked for opportunities to support other VAs in Australia and asked them to come on the journey with me! Within the first 8 months of operation Louise was earning close to $100K and had 4 subcontractors assisting her.
In October 2020, Performance PA was rebranded to The Administration Agency as Louise redefined and repositioned herself in the marketplace as an agency with the dream and vision to become a virtual hub for small business. A place where businesses go for resources and support and become the first virtual temp agency in a regional and rural area.
Priding herself on using only Australian based Vas to support her team, Louise has been recognised in the fast growing industry for her achievements by successfully winning the Best VA Business NSW/ACT in the 2021 AusMumprenuer Awards, Outstanding StartUp in the 2021 Regional Australia Bank & Dubbo Chamber of Commerce Business Awards and NSW/ACT Regional Community Awards as a semi-finalist for customer service.
