Nominations to join the Board can be submitted through completion of the Board Nomination Form and must be submitted by 5pm, Friday 18th January, 2019. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a form.
The Chamber Board is responsible for a number of activities, and to assist with management, the following committees are formed:
- Breakfasts & Events
- Dubbo Economic Development Committee
- Golf Day
- Members & Membership Benefits
- Newsletter / PR
- Rhino Awards Committee
- Promotion and Marketing (including Social Media Marketing)
- Website Maintenance & Development
- Women in Business
Board Members should be able to contribute 4+ hours a month to their portfolio.
Board meetings are held on the third Monday of each month, currently from 4:00–5.00pm. Board members should be able to commit to attend at least 75% of these meetings throughout the year.
Current Board Members have experience in a wide range of business and industry and we encourage diversity.
Board Members (either directly or via their business) must be financial members of the Dubbo Chamber for 2019.
