Chamber Time to Breakfast - May 7th, 2014.
Service NSW has been shaped by what customers have told us – they want easier access to government services, faster service and a single point of contact. We are working to simplify transactions and reduce the time required by customers to complete transactions."
Businesses of all sizes, from retail to service providers, share a common goal - to deliver amazing products and results for their clients and customers time and time again.
While systems are often seen as ‘nice to write when I have time’ or a back office function, the most successful businesses recognise that customers are at the heart of every system you create.
The only way to nurture loyal relationships and deliver awesome and consistent customer service at all levels of your business, online and offline, is to have systems! As Henry Ford said: ‘Employers only handle the money – it is the customer who pays the wages.’
Professional Organiser Louise D’Allura will share some quick tips and strategies to consider when setting up or tweaking your customer-centric business systems.
Join us at the Milestone Hotel on Wednesday, May 7. RSVP by Tuesday the 6th using the link below. Book early please to help with catering numbers.
