Free Google My Business Workshop & Roadshow - March 31
Google Australia will be visiting Dubbo at the end of the month as part of the Google My Business Roadshow for 2015 - one of only five locations in Australia this year.
The Workshop and Roadshow will involve an hours training session in the morning, where Google will show you how to get your business online via the My Business program. Then representatives from Google and AusClicks Dubbo will be available for the rest of the day for “walk in workshops” where you can come and ask your questions direct to Google and hopefully sort out problems you might be having with getting found online.
We will also be highlighting case studies from local Dubbo businesses - come see their stories.
This is a unique opportunity for businesses to meet directly with representatives from Google and we hope everyone takes advantage and attends at some point.
We are still finalising the location and registration details and will get them out asap. Just wanted to give you a heads up to “save the date” and put aside some time on March 31st to come along. Check our website and Facebook for updates.
This free Google My Business Workshop in Dubbo is brought to you by Dubbo Chamber, ACCI, Google My Business and AusClicks Dubbo.

CSU Dubbo Lecture Series 2015: Beyond The Boom - John Edward. 26th March
After decades of prosperity, Australians are now worried about their jobs, their incomes and their future. The mining boom, said to explain Australia’s past success, is declared to be over.
Economist John Edwards will deliver a striking analysis that challenges the prevailing pessimism. He will show that the mining boom is far from over, and hasn’t been as important to Australia’s prosperity as is widely believed. We have a bright future, which Mr Edwards will state will be based in what we grow, what we make and the services we provide.
Mr Edwards is a member of the board of the Reserve Bank of Australia and has held senior economic advisory roles.
Lecture Theatre 422, CSU Dubbo Campus. March 26, 6–7pm followed by refreshments.
To register for this free talk, RSVP Skye on 6885 7305 before COB March 25.
